GMEN's collaboration with Union City provides rental mortgage payment assistance to residents negatively affected by the COVID-19 pandemic.
The City of Union City in partnership with Fulton County CDBG Division, will provide eligible households with one-time grants up to $2,400.00 for mortgage and rental assistance for Union City residents.

Applications and required documentation can be dropped off in person at the Georgia Micro Enterprise Network office, The Russell Center 504 Fair Street Atlanta, GA 30313 on Monday, Wednesday or Friday from 10:00 – 4:00 PM. For additional assistance submitting the application, onsite appointments can be made through the GMEN contact form. Failure to provide all required documentation will result in a delay or denial of your application. Please note, applicants can only apply once per grant cycle and will be contacted once all required documents are received. An approval or denial status update will be sent once your application has been reviewed.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Do not contact the City of Union City to check the status of your application. Applicants will receive notification is their application is approved. Ineligible applicants will be notifed via email.
Applicants applying must be homeowners, renter or legal Power of Attorney.
Financial assistance will be sent directly to the landlord or lender.
If the homeowner or renter is hospitalized and unable to pay bills, a doctor's note/statement is required. A note/statement from the resident's legal Power of Attorney will also be accepted.
Submit copies of all veerficatio documents, please do not submit originals. We reserve the right to inspect the original.
Applications that are incomplete or missing verification documents will not be accepted.
